I live only a few miles across the sea from the Isle of Wight and it's the annual Scooter Rally this weekend. So I hopped on to the ferry and took my camera for a walk in the sun. First off a nice stroll along the Ryde sea front. (Click on any image to enlarge).
Then on to the scooter rally. There was SO many parked up along the sea wall. If I had the stamina (and sun cream) I would have stayed all day to see the mass ride-out where everyone sets out for the island trek at the end of the day.
And on the way back on the ferry I decided to take a few pictures of Old Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower. It's always lovely to see these places from a different angle, and one day I'd love to be able to live in that part of the city.
